"From an early age I was aware of there being more to me than my current memories and experience. Part of this was due to having 'successfully' suppressed memories of early childhood trauma, but part of this was also due to unconscious memories from a soul level having an impact on how I saw the world. I would feel myself drawn to learning Druidry, for example, and when I started reading, have a strong feeling of coming home. I had the same experience when I began studying Wiccan and Pagan practices, feeling again as though I was already deeply connected to these ways of being. Having researched further into my physical ancestry, these practices are also ones that were probably used by my ancestors, and so the knowledge is likely held within my genetics as well.

Having explored and reconnected extensively through my own soul history to access and reignite past training and tools, has given me an understanding and appreciation of the depth of impact that our soul history has upon on our current perspective and experience of life. In addition to this,I have been very fortunate to have been invited to study Qi Gong under a 14th generation Chinese Master. It was an honour to be shown an ancient practice by someone willing to share their cultural history, and provide guidance and learning to someone from a different background and perspective."
